The light source considered should therefore be one which permits this type of illumination to be set up (e. g. the attachable Kohler lamp for the Wild M11/M12/M40 microscopes, the built-in Kohler illuminators for the M20/M21/M50 microscopes, or free-standing light sources such as the Wild 6V/3oW low-voltage lamp or the Wild Universal lamp with halogen bulb or with xenon burner.
