Optically the glass is in good condition, but there is some dirt om the inside, so I should say, for ultimate perfection a clean is recommended. However, I do not believe this little bit of dirt will affect performance in any way what so ever. Included are the lens caps and lens hood / shade. This is a sought after good quality wide angle SLR camera lens.
